  1. Benoît Guerineau

    Benoît Guerineau

    Senior Portfolio Manager, AXA Investment Managers

    Benoît Guerineau is a Senior Portfolio Manager within the Fixed Income Investment Solutions team of AXA Investment Managers. He is responsible for managing a wide range of Global and European credit portfolios on behalf of institutional clients. He initially joined AXA IM in 2010 and held various roles within the Fixed Income platform. Previously, he was a strategist within the Fixed Income Portfolio Solutions team. He was responsible for developing bespoke solutions for institutional clients as well as coordinating ESG integration within the Fixed Income platform. Guerineau holds a master’s degree in finance from EDHEC Business School. He is a CFA charter holder and has also earned the FRM designation.
  2. Gabrielle Krapels

    Gabrielle Krapels

    Head of Responsible Investment, Fiduciary Management, APG Asset Management

    Gabrielle Krapels is Head of the Responsible Investment team within the Fiduciary Department at APG Asset Management. Her team advises APG’s pension fund clients on their Responsible Investment policy. She has a special interest in impact investing, biodiversity policy and a deep knowledge of ESG integration within Private Equity. Krapels is a member of the APG AM Responsible Investment Board and the APG Sustainability Board. Prior to joining APG, she worked at an investment boutique (NLII) preceded by years of experience within the public sector (European Commission, Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs). Krapels holds a PhD in European Politics from the University of Oxford.

    Director of Thematics Equity, Lead Portfolio Manager, Mirova Biodiversity Solutions Equity Fund, Mirova (an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers)

    Isabelle de Gavoty is responsible for the global environmental equity thematic department at Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers. She was previously deputy Head of the equity department at AXA Investment Managers where she was responsible for both sustainable global and European small and mid-cap strategies. She began her career as a financial analyst in the automotive and aerospace sectors at Fideuram Wargny in 1995. De Gavoty holds a master degree in Finance from the University of Aix-Marseille, a diploma in Advanced studies in Finance from Oxford Brookes University, the SFAF (Financial Analysts’ Society of France) certification and is a member of EFFASA (European Federation of Financial Analyst Society).

    Johannes Böhm joined the ESG department of Union Investment’s portfolio management in November 2018. He is responsible for bridging sustainable investment and ESG topics with the fixed-income universe. More specifically, his work strongly focuses on ESG integration, Sustainable Bonds and Investing in Energy Transition and Climate. Böhm earned a BSc. in Economics at Goethe University Frankfurt/Main, and a master’s degree in Sustainable Finance at the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.

    Associate Director Sustainability, Sustainable Finance, Head of ESG Insurance, KPMG Netherlands

    Leonie Jesse is Associate Director Sustainability, Sustainable Finance and Head of ESG Insurance at KPMG. She has a background in banking and asset management and extensive experience in responsible investing and sustainable finance. Within KPMG, Jesse focuses on supporting financial institutions in achieving their sustainability ambitions and objectives. She works on the intersections of sustainability strategy, target setting and reporting (including DMA) on key sustainability information.
  6. Luuk Tupker

    Luuk Tupker

    Luuk Tupker is Junior Advisor Responsible Investments at PGGM. After completing his studies in Economics at Radboud University and Finance & Investments at the Rotterdam School of Management, he joined PGGM as an Investment Trainee. Since July 2023, Tupker has focused on biodiversity and nature within the Responsible Investment team, both on active share ownership and policy advice. Within the active share ownership team, he concentrates specifically on climate change within the food industry. At the policy level, he focuses on impact investing and integrating biodiversity and nature into investment policy.

    Michel Scholte is Co-Founder and Executive Board Member of Impact Institute, and Co-Founder and Executive Director of True Price. He is a social entrepreneur committed to a more equitable economy. He holds various advisory board positions at amongst others Seven Gen Impact Investing, The School for Moral Ambition, MVO Nederland and was elected as the Minister of the New Economy. Scholte holds an MSc in Sociology from VU University Amsterdam, with a specialisation in research methods, politics and living wages.

    Rebekah Braswell is CEO and Founding Member at Land Life. She pioneered the business case for nature-based solutions and persuaded early adopter corporations that approaching sustainability agendas through holistic nature restoration is necessary and investible. Prior Land Life, Braswell attended Oxford University and worked for a decade on economic development and food security. She brought her experience with the competing dynamics of land use and the environmental power/risk of business, building a model in which land ownership remained locally held and local communities were empowered custodians.

    Roeland Tso is Senior ESG Advisor at Blue Sky Group. He has 20 years of experience in the asset management industry where he focuses on investments and the integration of sustainability into (investment) processes. He joined Blue Sky Group in 2022. Previously, he worked for Triodos Investment Management where he was an investment strategist. Before that, he worked as Portfolio Manager of the Global Equity Fund at BNP Paribas Asset Management, among other positions.

    Solange Rouschop has been appointed as Chief Sustainability Officer for ABN AMRO Bank in January 2023. In this role she is responsible for driving the Sustainability Transition of ABN AMRO. During her extensive career spanning over 25 years she held various diverse positions within the ABN AMRO Group. She lived and worked in 6 different countries. In her last position she was the Country Executive for ABN AMRO in Belgium and has held responsibility for Sustainability in previous positions as well. She held multiple supervisory positions. Rouschop holds a masters degree in Business Economics and is a Certified European Financial Analyst.

    Valeria Dinershteyn, Director of Sustainable Investment Engagement for EMEA at Northern Trust Asset Management, is responsible for education and innovation in the firm’s sustainable investing capabilities. Prior to joining Northern Trust Asset Management in 2019, she worked at Kempen Capital Management as a responsible investment specialist. Dinershteyn has broad international experience having studied in Russia, the U.S. and the Netherlands. She holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and social studies from St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University (Russia), a master’s degree in financial management from Nyenrode Business University (the Netherlands) and is a CFA charterholder.

    Vincent Triesschijn is Global Head ESG and Sustainable Investing at ABN AMRO, building a global team responsible for its ESG strategy, including sustainability policies and investee engagement for investment funds and mandates to maintain global growth in ESG related products and services. Triesschijn works in the investment industry since 2006, previously at UBS, J.P. Morgan and Kempen Capital Management. He obtained a Master degree in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge. Next to his professional activities, Triesschijn is a coach for start-up enterprises, treasurer and Board Member at Yugen Foundation and advisory Board Member for 'Bridges for Enterprise' and ‘Net Impact’.
